Service Description

Year-Round Maintenance Program: Designed to prevent any of the pests listed below from becoming a problem. We service your neighborhood year-round so no pre-selected appointment is required for exterior service. Unless otherwise requested we will automatically schedule your home for service best fit to neighboring customers within the scheduling guidelines listed below.

*We do complete inside and outside "Initial Flush out" followed up 30 days later with a continuation of the flushing process. This Helps push everything from the inside out and provide a protective barrier to prevent re-entry for any pests. From this point we continue providing regular services to prevent future pest activity With free re-treatments if needed in between services.

*After the “Initial flush out service” we process payments on the first of each month breaking the payments down on a monthly basis. If you have an every other month service you will be charged half of the amount of the service on the first of each month. This helps family’s and business budget their payments as opposed to a random charge every other month as well as keep our cost down with our credit card processors which helps keep our services affordable to you.

Pest Control Barrier: A pest control barrier will be applied to the structural foundation (3ft up and 3ft out) of your home. Also to any surrounding areas with special attention paid to common insect harborages.

Licensed Service Technicians: Our licensed service technicians will rotate the materials and methods used as seasons and conditions change.

Egg Cycle

The first treatment (Initial Service) around your home is what is called an "initial flush out". This special treatment attempts to gain control over existing pest populations. Insects are immune to treatments while in their eggshells and our products must be active to catch pests as they hatch.

Control Cycle

Initially, you may see a slight increase in pest activity as pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks, you should see this activity drastically decline as our products take effect. Over time, these pest levels will continually decrease as regular services are performed. Regular treatments are critical in maintaining protective barriers and preventing infestations from reoccurring. Do we have to be out of the home for long after service? What about my pets?

At Firehouse Pest Control Services we pride ourselves on providing family friendly services! Our products are all plant based products that are completely safe for children and pets :) We just simply ask that you wait for the products to dry prior to bring pets or children near them which typically only takes 10-20 mins or less in the summer. Leaving the house is by no mean a requirement for our services.

The "Neighborhood Discount" is when Firehouse Pest Control Services 3 or more of you neighbors within a 2 mile radius, you receive a discount on the initial service as well as a discount on the re-occurring cost. When you inquire about our services we run your address to see if you qualify. If you qualify the estimate above will reflect the discounted prices as well as the total annual savings.

Do we have to leave every time you service?

In most situations it will not be necessary to leave your home, but we will ask you to leave the immediate area where your pest technician is working. Generally for preventative treatments we can keep the service to the exterior of your property. The interior only needs to be treated during initial visits or for specific concerns as needed. Utmost care is used in application and choice of pest control products. If it becomes necessary for you to be out of your home during a treatment, this will be arranged in advance for your convenience.
